About CHEEF

CHEEF (Christian Home Educators Enjoying Fellowship) s a local support group for homeschoolers in Erie, Huron and Sandusky counties and surrounding areas that has been operating for almost 30 years! From the very beginning, our mission has been to be a group of "moms helping moms." We want to come alongside one another to encourage each other in our homeschooling journeys. By providing plenty of opportunities throughout the year for children to make lifelong friendships with others and learn all about the world around them through fun experiences.

What We Offer

Flex Fridays

A relaxed weekly gathering where kids and moms connect through a variety of activities - games, skating, art, and other fun adventures. While also growing in faith with a short weekly devotional time.

Moms Night Out

Monthly gatherings for homeschool moms to refuel and build friendships.

Parties

Christmas, Valentine, and End of Year Parties are sure to be a memorable time as we spend time enjoying the holidays and special times of the year.

Field Trips

Field trips help children learn about the world around them by experiencing it firsthand through educational outings, community visits, and shared adventures with friends and their families.

New Members

$50

New members are able to submit an application after August 15th and will be notified of approval. There is no fee to apply, only if approved to join.
