One place for everything
Stop managing your co-op across a stack of apps.
Most co-ops are held together with BAND, Facebook Messenger, a Venmo account, a Google Sheets roster, and a shared email inbox. HomeschoolGo puts the recurring co-op work in one place so your board has fewer handoffs to manage.
Keep the jobs. Lose the juggling.
HomeschoolGo replaces the coordination between tools, not the good work your board is already doing.

Plus plan: Stripe card processing fees apply (typically ~$250/yr for an $8K co-op). Details
When families pay co-op fees by card, Stripe charges its standard processing fee — 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction — billed directly by Stripe to your connected account. We don’t mark this up or take a cut.
Both plans include roster import from Homeschool-Life.com or spreadsheets, and full data export any time — no lock-in.
Plus also includes up to 500 outbound SMS messages per month to co-op members. Most co-ops use 50–150/month for event reminders and announcements — 500 is a generous ceiling for nearly all groups. Need more? Contact us.
FAQ

Don’t see yours? Start the trial — most answers show up within a night of using it.
We’re already on Homeschool-Life.com — why would we switch?
Totally fair question — here’s what you’d actually gain. Collect dues and class fees by card through Stripe, so families pay online and you stop chasing Venmo payments and tracking envelopes. Send instant text alerts to all families when class is canceled, a field trip reminder goes out, or an announcement drops — no more hoping everyone sees the Facebook post. Attendance, registration, the member directory, and the calendar all live in one place instead of spread across tabs and spreadsheets. The migration itself takes minutes, not a weekend: export your roster from Homeschool-Life.com, drop the file in, and our AI maps every column. You review a clean preview before anything saves, and your Homeschool-Life.com account keeps running through the full 60-day trial. No bridges burned.
We have years of records on Homeschool-Life.com. Won’t switching be a nightmare?
This is the exact problem we built the Migration Assistant to solve. Export your families from Homeschool-Life.com with one click (we’ll show you exactly which button). Drop the file into HomeschoolGo. Our AI recognizes the Homeschool-Life.com format, reads every column, and shows you a preview of your entire roster before anything is saved. Nothing touches your live co-op until you click Import. The AI mapping step itself finishes in seconds — the rest is just you reviewing the result. And your Homeschool-Life.com account stays exactly as it is: keep it running in parallel through our 60-day free trial until you’re sure. No bridges burned, no weekend lost, no families left behind.
What if the import gets something wrong?
You see every family and every student before anything saves to your live roster. If something looks off, back out — your co-op is still exactly as it was. You can re-upload, re-review, and try again. And if you hit a limit while you’re tweaking, we’ll show you a friendly message with exactly what to do next. Your uploaded file waits for you for seven days, so you can pause, finish dinner, and come back to pick up right where you left off.
Do families and admins log in the same way?
Families use household-friendly logins for the member portal. Admins use separate credentials (and granular permissions) so your board isn’t sharing one super-user password.
Can we host bylaws, medical forms, and handbooks?
Yes. Upload documents, publish FAQs and custom pages, and organize links — so “where’s the allergen form?” has one obvious answer.
How does the 60-day free trial work?
When you sign up, you get 60 days of full access — every feature, no credit card required. Build your roster, set up your calendar, invite families, and run your first events. If HomeschoolGo isn’t the right fit, walk away. You’ve lost nothing but a little setup time. If it is, pick a plan ($199/yr Essentials or $299/yr Plus) and keep going. Most co-ops know within the first two weeks.
Which plan should I pick?
Start on Essentials ($199/yr) if your co-op collects dues offline (Venmo, checks, cash). Pick Plus ($299/yr) if you want Stripe payment collection, bulk invoicing with emailed receipts, class fee management, and SMS notifications — up to 500 outbound messages per month, included. Each SMS to a family member counts as one message; most co-ops stay well under this limit. You can upgrade from Essentials to Plus any time — just pay the prorated difference.
Why annual billing?
Co-ops budget by school year, so HomeschoolGo is billed annually — one flat rate, no per-family fees, no surprise charges. It’s simpler for treasurers and keeps pricing predictable all year.
How do payments work?
On Plus, card payments run through Stripe. Families see balances and history; admins create charges and track who’s paid — without ever handling card numbers directly. Essentials co-ops collect dues the same way they always have.
What about photos and the member directory?
Photo albums and a searchable directory are included. You control how much appears (e.g. photos on/off) to match your group’s privacy comfort level.
