When families pay co‑op fees by card or bank transfer (ACH), Stripe charges its standard processing fee (2.9% + 30¢ per card transaction, or 0.8% capped at $5 per bank payment), billed directly by Stripe to your connected account. We don’t mark this up or take a cut.
Both plans include roster import from Homeschool-Life.com or spreadsheets, and full data export any time. No lock-in.
Plus includes 500 texts a month for your co-op. A text is up to 160 characters sent to one person, and a longer message uses one text per part. Need more?
Pricing and payments
What does it cost? Is it per family?
One flat price for your whole co‑op: $199 a year for Essentials or $299 for Plus. There are no per-family fees, so the price stays the same as your co‑op grows.
How does the free trial work, and what happens when it ends?
Every feature is free for 60 days, and you don’t need a credit card to start. If you haven’t subscribed when it ends, your co‑op goes read-only. Nothing is deleted, and subscribing picks up right where you left off.
Which plan should we pick?
Essentials if you collect dues offline, by check, cash, or Venmo. Plus if you want families to pay online, class fees with sibling discounts and payment plans, a public website, and 500 texts a month (up to 160 characters each). You can upgrade any time.

On Plus, families pay by card or bank through Stripe, straight into your co‑op’s own account. We take no cut; Stripe charges its standard processing fee. On either plan, you can also record cash and check payments.

How hard is it to move from Homeschool-Life.com or a spreadsheet?
Export your roster, drop the file in, and the Migration Assistant maps the columns. You review every family before anything saves, and your old system keeps running through the trial.

What happens when our leadership changes?
